Support Services
Once your organization has gone live with either Agility EHR or Stix, you will be officially turned over to our end user Support department should you need help desk assistance in the future. The help desk staff answer questions that may arise from time to time, and help to solve more technical items that may arise. Integritas staff are well-versed in the software, most have a long track record with the company, and have addressed situations in a number of different health care settings.

Help Desk support is not intended to provide user training via telephone or e-mail. In addition to the Support department, Integritas offers both onsite and online training. Online "On Demand" training for individual new users can assist new staff in your operation (who are working with others in the organization who have been trained by Integritas), to receive a consistent overview of how the software works. On Demand training also provides a refresher for situations your staff may not have encountered at all, or not for a long while.

Integritas offers a newsletter, one for provider clients and one for employee health clients. Some clients subscribe to both. The newsletter is our primary vehicle for alerting clients to company or industry news, and new releases of the software. It also includes tips about particularly important functions that users may not know about, if they were hired after the initial software training was conducted.  If you would like to receive our newsletter, you can sign up here.

Enhancement Ideas

Integritas software is off-the-shelf. Customization occurs through the many tables and system parameters that can be altered to make the software work the way you need it to for your operation. Enhancements to the software are available to all appropriately licensed users and are added in a controlled release process.

Enhancement ideas are managed through our Bright Ideas community website.  All client organizations are given a logon to the site, which provides access to the community. Here, users can make suggestions for software enhancements, read others' suggestions, comment on them, and vote on the ideas they like the best. Those ideas receiving the largest number of votes above a minimum threshold are given priority in future releases. Thus, many (but not all) enhancement ideas come from our user community. Most of the rest of the ideas are driven by our ongoing commitment to maintain our national certification.
