What Our Clients Are Saying...
For nearly 20 years, Integritas has designed, implemented and supported high quality health care software. Since 2005, many of our provider clients have added our fully integrated clinical EHR designed to meet the unique needs of urgent care, occupational medicine, family practice, workers' comp and employer onsite clinics. Here is what a few of our provider clients have to say about their experiences with our company and our solutions...
 |
| We are a busy Urgent Care/Occ Med clinic at LAX airport, Los Angeles. We implemented Agility EHR in record time. Integritas provided a high level of support, and they even converted data from our existing occ med software, which made the transition easier. Our physicians like the EHR. New physicians have learned the system in two shifts. It’s easy to use. Given the combination of patients that we treat for urgent care and occupational medicine, I would highly recommend Agility EHR to any provider who is serious about meeting the needs of these patient groups. |

| One of the best outcomes of our using Stix Practice Management since 2006 is that our health system executives now look at occupational health as the gateway to the business community. A lot of that came about because of what we can do tracking-wise and information-wise. We couldn’t do any of that if we didn’t have Stix. |

| The single biggest impact that Agility EHR has had for Valley Immediate Care is an average increase of $16 per patient visit, which came about right out of the chute. And with about 55,000 patient visits this year, that’s a very big deal! I no longer worry about the doctors’ coding – and they don’t either. The E &M coding feedback is there immediately in Agility EHR.” |

| The TUCA physicians that had stronger computer skills were back to normal
speed in three to five days, while those without a lot of computer
experience took a few weeks to get used to the new system. Once you get in
and start to figure out how you want things documented, and then adjust the
templates to suit your needs, it really accelerates patient flow
dramatically. The TUCA provider who initially had the most difficulty with
the transition is now the one who is most proficient at using Agility - he's
got it all figured out and his documentation is truly outstanding. |

| We looked at a number of products, and we liked the Integritas software best of all. It fits our practice and the mix of patients we see. The people at Integritas have been more than supportive in helping us with the transition to electronic records. |

| We treat urgent care, occ med and primary care patients, and without a doubt, the Integritas EHR makes this mix completely workable for us. Everything I need is right there in the electronic chart, and Agility EHR has increased our ability to code much better. |

| We have 5 clinics and see a high volume of patients. We’ve found the Agility EHR to be very helpful, both to our medical and physical therapy providers. Integritas really gets what it means to be a partner and they always operate with that spirit. |

We do some of everything here: Walk In Urgent Care, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine. Agility EHR works well for it all; we've used it now since 2002. On the Urgent Care side, I especially like that it's fast and complete: you capture everything in the visit record and you've got your billing done, your referrals done. And you can refer to everything so easily. Anytime I can just go to Stix and find what I need to know without pulling a chart, I'm happy.
I really like that the billing is so easy. Agility knows who the payer is and sorts out all those employer or lab or TPA or insurance charges. I can even do the billing from home, which I really like, and have it printed in the office. Other practices around here mostly have their billing done by a service, but I find it easy to do it myself, which saves us a lot of money. You can cross reference everything between the clinical and billing so easily, without having to jump around a lot.
Our employers love the work status summary, they know when the patient is here and when he leaves, what the work restrictions are, and so on. We fax it to them right away from right within the software, before the patient even gets back to work. I had one company call me one time while I was at home, asking me about an employee's audiograms from one year to the next. I could just access the software online and print a report for the employer that compared the various audiograms, showed where there was a shift, which was simple and great––and all from home! I didn't have to bother anyone at the office.
This software has been a big positive for us. I would definitely recommend it. |

"We had a resident who worked part-time for us, and in one day he was using the electronic health record, no problem. He's very computer literate, but even our other docs found the EMR easy, and in a week, they were using it well. They like it. The EMR also decreased our labor. We used to have four people up front; now there are two."
