Hospital Employee Health
The Employee Health and Safety version of STIX meets all the data management requirements for health care worker occupational health. It tracks routine immunizations and surveillance, such as Hepatitis B vaccinations, TB skin testing and respirator fit testing, and manages all the data related to workers' compensation cases, including, lost time, claims costs, etc. A comprehensive reporting module provides reports required for regulatory compliance and infection control, and a unique reporting "wizard" enables nurses to create their own custom reports. The software readily accepts demographic data imports from any HR system.
STIX scanning and photo capture function enables a paperless chart. You can scan any document and apply the same security rules to it as other data. All scanned documents are accessible where you need them, as well as on a single tab in the employee chart. In addition, the STIX forms function allows you to have all your forms directly in the software, to pre-fill and print as needed.
Our hospital serves over 4700 employees, volunteers, and students. We are all aware how employee health is predicated on timely and accurate employee surveillance, recordkeeping and our never ending quest to meet regulatory requirements.

At any given moment of the day, I am able to provide "real-time" surveillance and compliance data during announced or unannounced surveys, inspections and audits that occur in our facility. This means never having to locate a chart or manually retrieve documents from an employee's health file: just a few keystrokes in STIX, and I have what I need!
