The STIX EMR achieves three objectives for the provider:

1. Document patient visits quickly and accurately using a pen-based PC

2. Eliminate under-coding by receiving immediate feedback on both the level of documentation required and the level achieved, to comply with AMA and CMS guidelines for E & M coding

3. Gain maximum flexibility in both the design and use of charting templates.

You may use the existing STIX EMR templates right "out of the box", or tailor them to fit your specific practice patterns. If desired, you can create both template elements and templates "from scratch" to make them uniquely your own. Templates may be developed for any specialty, but our focus to date has been on Urgent Care, Retail Clinics, Family Practices and Occupational Medicine.

The EMR includes the Patient Chart, a tabbed view of all patient data captured to date, including a problems list, allergies, meds, past history and easy access to all previous visits.

The STIX EMR is fully integrated with all Integritas practice management and employee health products, and may be added as an option to any of them.
